Return Process

  Secure the Device

  Pack the electronic item securely in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
